The more you play the game the less youll use the generated workouts and the more youll go for ones that you make yourself since youll know what you need to work on and maybe want to do more reps dealing with shoulders and less with pectorals for example. I honestly cant think of anything negative to say here in the balance department save for the issues with nutrition and the fact some of those meals simply arent very good for you (or tasty!).
